I get the register fee and annual sticker cost but the imf bff aztrcf what ever the hell all that is, is all a bunch of crap pay once to register it and then pay a annual 1 and 1 only fee for the sticker that’s it none of this other crap

I would never ever again buy a condo high-rise building in Myrtle Beach. I own one oceanfront right on the Grange strand. Near surfside and it’s nothing but a money pit the assessments the assessments the assessments they don’t tell you about the assessments. Besides your high HOA fees, all the other bullshit things they make you pay for.

I stayed here and it’s beautiful… We stayed on the top floor.. gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms 5 baths 2 dining rooms two living rooms office space a library and laundry room… The wrap around pool, beachside amenities and your in proximity to EVERYTHING. !!!
