Passion Fruit Margarita
1.5 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
0.5 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
0.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
Preparation: add tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, passion fruit puree and orange liqueur into shaker and then add ice. Shake well. Rim your glass in grapefruit and tajin. Pour with strainer into glass and garnish mint leaf and wheel of lime.
Enjoy.

Can you use passion fruit liqueur? I found some in Tlaquepaque and bought a bottle.
Just an amateur opinion: definitely. I’d say add another 1/2 oz. Tequila and skip the orange liqueur from the recipe in this vid. Especially if you have PFL. This recipe seems like it’d be way too sweet, so, IMO, adjust to your liking.

In my bar I use 1.5oz blanco tequila , 1oz fresh lime juice, .75 oz fresh squeezed orange juice then .5oz agave nectar Then I serve it with a salted rim and a lime wheel My customers love it!!! I use all fresh ingredients in my bar none of those crappy mixers or sour mixes.

That’s exactly how I make my margarita at my bar. I never use that sour mix crap I use all fresh ingredients and I squeeze my own limes. I also slice the lime just to 1/2 oz and add fresh fruit purée for flavored margaritas comes out delicious.
