that movment is not really good movment. this ones better but not the smoothest: When green flag clicked. Forever. Set rotation style <left right> if <Key W> pressed. Point in direction <0>. Move <10> steps. -u can change it btw if <key S> pressed. point in direction <180>. move <10> steps. if <key D> pressed. point in direction <90>. move <10> steps. if <key A> pressed. point in direction <-90>. move <10> steps. btw u cab change the number of steps to make it move faster or slower. the lower the number the slower it goes and vice versa. the reason this code is way better is because it allows you to activate both movment codes. basically if u just use the code in the vid it makes you locked to a grid, what i mean is that if u press W and D at the same time it wont go to the up right direction, but this code does.

I feel clone is easier to use than pen

​@@techworldforkidsThe clones have a 300 clone limit. So if you clone a sprite 300 times, it can't clone any further. You can also do a "repeat" loop and at the end use the "delete this clone" block. With pen you can also use the "stamp" function and create a new block with the "run without screen refresh" box checked.

oh and where did you find these sounds?

For costumes, start with scratch cat costume, and drag a certain portion of the cat to make it funny For the stairs, draw lines and put it together

for sounds, you can remix from other scratch projects and export their sounds to use. Otherwise, you can always record your own sound for fun. For this project, I remixed a project from gorkiing66 and I give credit in the video description.

They will try again after crying :) and when they manage to do it, they are eve happier
