This video explains the cleaning process and the benefits from using a cleaning machine. While micro fiber mops are great, the machine lifts the dirt/debri from the floor. By applying a cleaning solution directly to brushes that then scrub the floor and make the dirt soluble, we are then able to vacuum up the dirty cleaning solution and totally evacuate the dirt from the floor. Many times this is done in homes while leaving the rugs and large items in place.
Keep in mind that this process is for a surface finished floor, like polyurethane. A different cleaning process is Beede for penetrating finishes, such as oils. Failure to use the appropriate cleaning solutions and process, can and often does void finish warranties.
