I played this track to my son yesterday, he couldn't believe that it is a track by Gary Moore but he loved the track from first listening, since Gary Moore started with his blues-rock style in 1990 till 2008 he had only two unusual albums, this one from 1999 and the former from 1997, those two albums are my favorites from that era, my deepest love goes to my son and Gary Moore, thanks.

idk why, but something about new amon amarth just rubs me the wrong way. I'm not sure if it's just the high production values but something about new amon amarth just feels gimmicky to me. This is awesome though, it sounds like at the gates era melodeath.

I'm glad they are not that dead metal, cause, this is like typical death metal. I like how it sounds all the time, but this is not that bad.
I agree, I probably wouldn't listen to this that much. I can listen to it and enjoy it, but I wouldn't listen regularly if you get what I'm saying.
it's similar to what early At The Gates were doing....but they did it better in my opinion. It's definetely great music, but it has a reason why they got more famous later on :P
