Iyamni means 3 in Lakota. (I'm not Lakota but I was studying the language for a novel I was writing and still haven't finished) It's named'3' because it's the third one I started after losing the first two for copyright complaints from assholes who buy up rights AFTER people posted vids and then send complaints. So I tried to be more careful with this channel. You'll notice my older videos on this channel are bands and shows. But a bootleg Tribal Tech vid got a hit from the fking guitarist (a dick move when he could have just asked me to take it down. I love that band!). Fortunately I didn't lose this channel for that. So, now I just post my own stuff. I write fan fiction and record songs I wrote when I was a teenager and for band I had in the 90s. I don't have a pro studio and not a lot of money for good equipment, and I don['t have the chops I used to.... but I have fun and that's all that matters to me. I had a a bit of a learning curve on the software, but I'm getting better.

Wrote this one when I was about 17 (and that was a long freeking time ago. haha) Finally recorded last week.. almost 50 years later. Anyway, I was just getting into mantra and having some awakening experiences and letting go of things I used to think were so important. It's a sort of a break up song to the materialist mindset.

Little poem I wrote one morning when I woke to see L.A. covered in fog. That's rare but I thought it was somehow more fitting than sunshine. A little ditty I made decades ago for my nephews BMX home movie. He tended to start coasting when he got ahead of the other kids so my brother would always be beside the track yelling "Pedal, Easton!" haha. Found this in a forgotten folder and thought it was actually kinda cool.
