It wasn't in fire service. If it was, the fireman's hat would have been lit up and it would be parked at the first floor (unless the smoke detectors on the first floor were triggered). It was parked on the second floor because someone flipped the stop switch in it to take it out of service.

It's cool to see the similarities and small differences between the Fantasy & Dream ships. I would love to take another Disney cruise someday. Cruised the Dream in June 2011.

This and and other videos with this subject is why I only do 1-round trip on elevators.

I witnessed the 2017 total. Breathtaking. Didn't worry about fiddling with a camera. Didn't take a single photo cause I knew there'd be a million others taken. Soaked up every second of it.

Our base temporarily stopped training so everyone could go out and see it, but nobody got anything nearly as good as your pictures or video, truly an amazing sight to behold. You captured the moment well! Ps. Nice choice of music for the video btw.
