VW Passat 3BG 1,8T AWT | Tausch Schubumluftventil
Der Austausch ist mit einem Wagenheber machbar aber bequemer ist sicherlich eine Hebebühne. Arbeitsaufwand ca. 1 ,5 Stunden, da recht fummelig.

Hiermit habe ich den Fehler P1128 beheben können. Es wurde nur der Luftmassenmessereinsatz ohne Gehäuse getauscht. Für einen schnelleren Wechsel wäre ein 5 Stern IPR Torx 20 Einsatz sinnvoll. Viel Erfolg :-)

Der Sensor lässt sich auch ohne Hebebühne tauschen. Auto mit normalen Rangierwagenheber anheben, Ölfilter ausbauen und Sensor kann relativ einfach gewechselt werden, viel Spaß :-)

Here a short description how to remove a glass screen protector. In my case I used a toothpick, in other cases it could be better to use floss for it. Overall not a big deal:-)

Akai GX-9 Tape - unkown issue

Almost always when the device is just started up, the playback is not working, the tape is moving but without any audio and therefore with a loud mechanical noise, then the tape reacted to no switches at all, and I have to turn it off completely. When the device has the operating temperature it's mostly working okay. Maybe anyone has an idea:-)

That sounds like some ground screws have worked loose. I have a Sony TC-FX705 that had a similar issue come to find out the logic control circuit board was grounded to the case and the screw that made the ground had worked loose tighten it up and no issues at all. It also could cracked solder joints I would also check for circuit glue that stuff becomes a electrically conductive was it starts turning dark brown, gently scrape it off if any is found. It may be dirty tape sensor switches too. 2 years old so you may already fixed it by now. Very handy as general trouble shooting check the obvious right?

Danke,das Video hat mir geholfen bei meinem Golf5 Die Batterie war noch original, also über 1o Jahre .Mal sehen ob es nun bei den Schlössern besser wird. Eins vorn und eins hinten schließt nicht mehr richtig.Eins wurde schon mal gewechselt (werkstatt) 270€ Vorgänger war Golf3 da gab's nie Probleme.

En 2 ans c'est la 4° fois que l'on change les piles de nos 2 clés. Ce soir au moment de charger la voiture : impossible , encore une fois, d'ouvrir la portière. Après avoir été cherché un tournevis pour faire sauter le clapet de la serrure (très dur) on peut enfin ouvrir , mais pas le coffre...on a dû faire le chargement (important) par les portes arrières. Nous ne sommes pas du tout contents de cette "Golf" : outre ce problème que j'estime grave, il faut se plier en 6 pour mettre un CD (dans la boite à gants!), le conducteur est dans l'impossibilité de faire ces contorsions, le toit ouvrant ne bénéficie pas d'un pare-soleil (sur la Clio il existe) si bien que par chaleur on doit fermer ce toit si on veut aussi de l'ombre, les sièges sont trop fermes, quand on ouvre le coffre et que l'on mesure 1m50 impossible de le fermer ...c'était tellement simple de prévoir une dragonne ! Vos ingénieurs ne pensent pas au confort des conducteurs et passagers, et merci de penser à mettre vos tutos en plusieurs langues , au moins Anglais et Français ! L'Allemand n'est pas une langue universelle ...

da wird schön gezeigt wie die Batterie gewechselt wird jedoch funktioniert mein Zentralveriegelungs Öffnen nich mehr. Muss der Sender nach dem Batterie wechsel neu angelernt werden? wenn ja warum erwähnst du es nicht

The voltages on the motor board are not set right. Check the service manual and adjust VR1 and VR2 as instructed there.
Thank for the information, but I did this 2 times in the past and it did not really help:-( Also the voltage is very dependent from the operating temperature, don't know if this is normal.
