Luckily spare parts for that thing aren't nearly as much as the car. Even the The chassis is shockingly cheap The only real expensive thing that you might have to worry about is probably the ESC and maybe the motor simply because the wires probably melted up pretty good bit The motor itself is probably fine even though it probably got pretty hot in the fire

Sorry that happened and smart guy for letting it burn I had a lipo explode on my rig and it shot like a rocket and burned my leg as it shot by me so trying to stop the fire could have resulted in a major injury

considering the fact that he’s just recording it on fire, definitely goes to say he was driving that motor to shit, full throttle only.

hmmm wonder what ya did with it, i promise it costs a lot to burn up traxxas motors, especially newer ones👍🏼

If it was possible to still drive, you can drive it while it's on fire in order to expel as much chemical energy left in the batteries. This should help the fire to run its course quicker by using up its fuel source - the batteries.

Electric vehicles are totally safe. They will never spontaneously combust like this hobby grade RC even though they use the same exact technology.

LiPos are way too dangerous. Even Nitro-powered cars are much safer.

I had an esc burst into flames. A castle xl x . First thing I did was remove the body and dump a bunch of dirt over it. But I don’t see dirt where you’re at. That’s a tough one.

This is why cheap lipos are horrible.

And with NiMH I don’t have to worry about the battery catching fire. Theyre much safer to use.

U must take care for tempature battery , if u have heavy tires and gear ratio , nôt like fullgas 15minutes 😁
