Easier said than done watching a video. I did not realize you could duck into the elevator, so expected he went into the corridor. Was going to wait for him to start fighting the scavs in the lobby and come in behind him. Ground Zero is a new map to me.

AI scav. He was shooting. Also, testing out a theory that if an AI scav is using their scope, they can't see you if you are too close like with players.

Surely you have used a scope on a target and if they are too close (depending on the magnification), you won't be able to see them clearly. We were curious if the same can be said for an AI scav with their scope up. Not sure how they're programmed to detect targets if they're using a scope, so that's the theory. So far, it's worked running up on a scav using a scope. They won't fire. Whether that's a coincidence will never be known. It's not that serious, just a fun experiment and weird phenomena in Tarkov land.
