Hey thanks, so I don't actually find them. What we do is use the paint feature to make it look rusted,then turn on damage to cosmetic, after that I crash it or drive off a bridge until it looks wrecked. After that is done I drive it to where I want to start the video!

There is no task to rebuild, you just go to paint and change your colors or upgrades to change parts like suspension, parts etc.

It's on the road all the way to the right of the map, closer to the middle bottom. There are buildings on both sides of the road, so it would be on the side of the mountains.
