Spark Plug Wire Boot Assembly (Marine)
Переглядів 68 тис.11 років тому
Updated Video here: ua-cam.com/video/bWVlx5UTE8E/v-deo.html This video shows how I assembled the spark plug wires for my Evenrude 15 HP Two stroke. I purchased new coils for it from Amazon. The coils came with wires that were not assembled. I read some instructions and they didn't make sense. When I figured it out, I decided to make a video to show others how I did it.

It isn't just oil changes with Walmart. I bought "new" tires from and installed at Walmart. When I got home and checked the manufacture date they were 3 yrs old!

Unless you're handicapped, you should be changing your own oil anyway. With that said, whether it's walmart, the quicklube or a dealership, nobody is safe from the potential of an oil change gone wrong. actually, I'd trust a quicklube shop before I would a dealership.

I worked at walmart for 2 weeks and quit because this stuff happened everyday and im a honest mechanic so I could not sleep at night working for a place that instructed me to not prefill oil filters unless it was a turbo engine (by the way I disobeyed that order) The final straw was a guy who came in for 2 new tires. We put on the tires, the next day he complains he does not get two new tires and gets two new tires for free. So he ended getting a set of 4 tires while only paying for two of them, and the staff mechanics let it slide because he the customer was friends with one of them. How corrupt! They also dont clean the bead surface of a rim before installing a new tire causing the new tires to have a slow leak around the bead. I make more money working on cars in peoples yards than at walmart anyways lol.

STOP GOING TO WALMART OR JIFFY LUBE! over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. These people have been caught not performing services paid for, ruining engines, lies after lies. Why do people still go to them. I'm guessing it's the same people thanking they are saving money by eating at McDs 4 times a week and then are shocked when they have cancer by mid 40s. Take better care of your car, spend more money on maintenance, it's much more expensive to replace.

Walmart Oil Change used to be good, at least in my area, but not anymore. They did the same to my mom's car. We paid for the full service instead of pit crew, so they would check other fluids and such, but they didn't. They didn't even bother to inflate the tires to the proper level either. I had to get a manager involved once I noticed the tire was under inflated even after the service. They pulled the shop's video and confirmed the services were not done and the technician lied and falsified the data input to the computer. At least the manager was honest about it...

People are so lazy and out of shape that they take their vehicles to Walmart for an oil change ? I understand my fellow Americans are fat and lazy but, you can get a set of ramps or use jacks. If you still can't fit under the car then you seriously need Jenny Craig and motivate your fat rears to do something physical.

What a crap statement. I change my own brakes, fitter than most people 30 years younger and still take my car in for a oil change because it's just faster and costs the same (you have to buy the stuff, and then take to old oil in to dispose of it)

Y’all just need to stop taking your vehicles to ANY quick lube type shop. You will get this result almost every time. Go to a reputable full service shop for your oil changes. Yes it is going to be a little more expensive, yes it is going to take more time, but it is always worth it.

Walmart called me. They told me that they had video of my cars oil being drained at 9:45. I checked out at 9:30 according to the receipt. They are not allowing me to see it though. In fact the manager says he is not allowed to see it? I have a sample of the oil after 8 miles of driving as well as the wrong filter. So, I went ahead and filed a complaint with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture who issues the license to the auto center.

I would also caution everyone to be careful of any facility that does not use OEM filters and quality oil. In the very same area that those garbage Fram oil filters are sold is one of the best motor oils available on the market today, Mobil1 full synthetic. $23 for a 5 quart container, about five dollars for an OEM filter at your local dealer, and do it yourself. Make sure you get the crush washer for the drain plug while you are at the dealer for the correct oil filter for your vehicle. Oh, and make sure you never go over 5000 miles on your oil changes, no matter what that little dash reminder light says! Don’t believe me? Do a Google search on engine damage from extended oil drains, even on the best cars on the planet, Hondas and Toyotas.
