Anakin is obviously top dog, though it's also obvious the comparison is unfair given how much media exists around him. Qimir is fresh, but had awesome fights in his short time. Particularly loved the stab, force pull another Jedi onto the stab, decapitate combo.

Here we go. Okay. Overall Strength. This category will show who of the two opponents is physically stronger. That would apply to every body part. Anakin is very strong, able to overpower Obi Wan in their duel, punch a senator and throw him several meters, and lift people up from their necks. Qimir is very physically strong, he can lift people as well, break necks, and easily overpower Jedi masters. Locomotion. This category will decide which opponent is faster, and more agile. Anakin is very fast, one of the fastest Jedi actually. He can perform backflips, frontflips and can dodge lightsaber strikes that are faster than 72 kilometers (48 miles) per hour. Qimir is also very fast, as he can outrun Jedi masters. He is also extremely agile, able to perform 360° turns in less than a second, also dodge lightsaber strikes and moves extremely fast in combat. Force Power. Anakin was one the strongest Jedi in his age. He tamed the Son AND the Daughter at the same time, has a Midi-Chlorian count of more than 20.000 and he is the chosen one. Qimir can enter other people's minds. Skills & Battle Techniques. Anakin uses Form 5, a dueling style focusing on overpowering your opponent, using your emotions. In his era, he was one of the best if not the best duelist. In most of his duels he seems to overpower his opponent, and sometimes uses kicks during combat. Its very common for him to use force Pull or Push while fighting. Qimir uses Trakata, the forbidden form. This form is made to trick your opponent, its unpredictable and banned from both the Jedi and Sith. To use this form, you have to master turning on and off your blade during combat. Qimir will often use punches, kicks or other melee methods during a duel. His fighting is very brutal. Experience. Anakin was trained more than 10 years near Obi Wan. We have no clue of Qimir's master, but it might be Darth Plagueis the Wise. Durability. Anakin has been struck by electricity numerous times, including force lighting. Qimir has his Cortosis helmet, a mask made from a material than can survive lightsaber stabs and even turn off a lightsaber for a little while. The Cortosis was even made into blades, that could even duel against lightsabers. Battle Intelligence & Mental Strength. Anakin uses lots of strategies in battles, but usually just ues brute strength during battles. His emotions can strengthen him AND weaken him. Qimir uses more tricks than Anakin in battle. He can enter other people's minds to say things than can make then angry or sad. Results: Overall Strength: Qimir. Locomotion: Qimir. Force Power: Anakin. Skills: Draw. Experience: Anakin. Battle IQ: Qimir. Winner: Anakin Skywalker. His force power and emotions will give him the win. Qimir will probably start winning because of his skills and mind entering, but soon Anakin will understand how to counter it. He would throw him away and probably use the force to attack him, or throw objects at him.

The Stranger got wrecked by Master Sol twice which he is one of the most powerful Jedi we’ve seen on screen. That being said he probably gives Anakin a good fight but loses in the end.

If Qimir can actually land a hit with his cortosis helmet or bracer then he stans a slightly stronger chance since it would catch Anakin off guard. Despite that, Anakin is more powerful, faster, stronger, and most importantly an active Jedi. Jedi in Qimirs time were different. They were peacekeepers and hardly ever used their lightsabers or fought other lightsaber opponents, discounting duels at the Temple which had regulations and so on.
