When Ulmer Park or Grand Avenue is short on artics, they usually borrow from each other, which is why an XN60 on the B1 or the B38 is even rarer.

Since there are less than 40 NGs remaining at JFK, how many are there left and when is their retirement expected?
i doubt they will last until 2025. if they do, they will retire early 2025 at best.
