Test of Bonds is a heartfelt short film I created for my Media Production I class, exploring the fragility and resilience of friendship. The story follows two friends who find themselves at odds after a heated argument, testing the strength of their bond as they navigate misunderstandings, hurt feelings, and the power of reconciliation.
This project allowed me to showcase my skills in storytelling, cinematography, and editing. Using thoughtful framing and emotional pacing, I worked to capture the intensity of the conflict while highlighting the nuances of human connection.
I’m proud to share this project, which combines creative direction with technical execution, as a reflection of my growth as a filmmaker. This was my first time directing a film and we only had two 3 hour class periods to film. Let me know your thoughts!
