Nice video…we had UCLA season tickets back in ‘89 and ‘90….different era….mostly Saturday night games….lots of fun at the Rose Bowl…but Pasadena is quite a drive from almost anywhere in LA….big win for the Gophers….

Sometimes you wish time would just stand still. I'm sure most in attendance those two nights were wishing it would.

Both teams would lose in their respective Region Finals in 1984. Luverne lost to Wells-Easton and Barnum lost to Orr. Barnum had a 50 game winning streak snapped in the 1984 Region 7A title game.

Part of the reason for the lower attendance on Saturday(both classes) was due to the fact there was a late season snowstorm that affected Minnesota on this Saturday.

It’s so great, that the Stones don’t wear a bunch of sparkles that mess up filming them! There is so much greed in the music biz…Katy Perry’s people had her in so many sparkles, no one could even get a clear photo on their phone of her..meaning, you had to buy pics, books, digital pics of the concert….that really sucked for the young girls who went to the show and were taking pictures..none turned out.

The L.A. times is correct...they are at their prime.

Crazy story, so I recently decided to switch careers to be a high school band teacher after working in finance for 7 years. I decided to look up "celebs that were in band" and your vid popped up. I never heard of Gwen Stefani or Jimmy Kimmel being in band so I went to go "fact check" search Jimmy Kimmel and turns out he went to the same high school as me where I found my love for band and have a goal to teach at.... crazy coincidence 🤯
