Crystal Singing Bowl on mystical Mt Shasta
my bowl and me on mt Shasta. beautiful sounds of nature and my crystal singing bowl. Im making a few videos like these because I truly enjoy them. especially for meditation, relaxation and sleep and especially after a hard day. I hope you like it...I enjoyed making it and enjoy :)

This is for taking a quick relaxing break whenever you feel a little stressed. You can watch it but it's even nicer when you close your eyes and Listen.
