On the ‘job creation’ factor - is this important at the beginning for getting an E2, or only for renewal after 2y? Kinda rough buying inventory, marketing and then also affording a W-2 employee. $100k would never be enough

Once when I was with friends and I was younger we only had a bit of money and we didn’t want to tip cause of the rudeness and how they treated us for being about 12 so when we got our food and they ask for a tip we quickly pressed no tip and ran as the waiter chased after us yelling and swearing but we lost him so moral of the story DON’T TIP

I drove a Tour bus for many seasons and depended on tips to enhance my salary. Those of us who strive to provide exceptional customer service got tipped pretty well and were treated respectfully. Slackers, or those who expected to be treated well with minimal effort were not very successful. Bible says it best, If a man does not work neither shall he eat!

People who say "If you can't afford to tip then you can't afford to eat out" are the absolute worst.They don't seem to grasp the concept that tipping is a courtesy, NOT LAW.Personally, I rarely tip.If I'm at a restaurant and the server is particularly awesome and deserves it, sure.But if I'm ordering from GrubHub or something, hell no.

Social pressures? Starbucks tries to guilt you by handing you a card reader at the window and asking for a tip and my response is always no thank you. It used to be shameful to ask for a tip, but not these people, they have no shame and I have no problem saying no. Why TF would I wanna touch that card reader after handing you my card? If isn't a place where you traditionally leave a tip, my answer is NO.
