Erm, actually, this is factually incorrect. The hardest sport should be wrestling. It takes a lot of skill, conditioning, strength, and discipline. It is very popular worldwide, but it is much harder than basketball because it is an individual sport. You can't rely on anybody else for your loss, and you are the only person to blame. Yes, more injuries can come from football but after the season you take a break from games, wrestling is a year-round sport, and even when the meets arent recorded they have tournaments. spencer lee won the big ten without any properly functioning ACLs.
