Aloha Greg you know those scalp DE’s is awsum like you say they hook we had a 1st annual small tire drag here in Hawaii I’ve been running those tires for a while my son and I took 1st&2nd me being 2nd of course lol we were running Castle Mamba 8s with 7700kv castle motors with DR10’s my son was running consistent 2.2’s and I was running 2’3’s we clean sweeped everything hahaha out of 20 competitors & thank you for ur videos very informative 🤙
Dude! That's awesome! Great job guys! Thank you for the good word braddah!
I am ur 900 sub
That balancer doubles as a Turkey call too.
I didn't know you have a you tube Chanel and yes I subscribed hopefully I'll have my motorized bike Chanel up and going this year should be epic I love you're Chanel good work brother
I checked several videos and nobody shared a link for a tire balancer… how hard is it to share the link fir those cheap balancer you keep bragging about.?!!!
Fell asleep
So boring get to it allrety
Try solid copper wire from 12-2 romex electrical wire. Super glue the striped copper wire to the inside similar to where you put your putty. I use about 1/8" pieces at a time. And it does t fall out. I do that for touring to drag and all in between. Excellent video.
Great work Greg!!!!!
You need to balance your balancer. The rod in the middle should float hardly touching the magnets if it touches then at all. Should almost look like a magic act floating in there. Hope that makes sense
I just learned something. It's very nice to have this information. Thanks for the information sir.
Would balancing on the car be better? Tire could be stright but not stright with car?
Asome i hope i get my hitman Chassis next time its Asome best Comgany in Rc Drag Racing out there nice day god bless you all NICE DAY MANUEL FROM AUSTRIA EUROPA 🇦🇹🇦🇹🇦🇹🇦🇹🇦🇹🇦🇹
Why do u have holes in your tires
Man you weren't kidding these tires do work and you do make a really good point on the tires growth once it's in motion makes sense 🙂 thanks ,I find your video very informative !
Thanks, Gregg. Very helpful. (Nitrous Fed sent me)
Greg are we doing this with the new bilevel wing on the Corvette?
Yes
Great tips
I THANK YOU GREAT 👍
Doesn't that make the rear of that body really flimsy
Not when you add back the stiffer, more rigid, thicker lexan.
Gold info right here. Thanx for sharing. Love DE Racing too
Thanks Greg! That topflite balancer has been a good friend for more years than I can remember. From tiny boat props on up😎
Man we are getting old aren’t we? You have about as much grey as I do! Lmao
R/C car setup's are just as important as a real car.
This video was a huge help. Thank you so much. Subbed.
This video helped a lot! Thanks! Can you show us how to do the front tires?
Nice video!!! Can you do a video for mounting the front tires?
Do you tape your foams to control ballooning
When you release transbrake button that car supposed to go, but you released it on first light of tree and it did not move. Move when it got to green light, man wtf this is crazy
Sammy it’s on a delay box that’s why it’s on a timer
Not only 1/10 scale drag racing, but 1/8 mile drag racing... naturally aspirated ?
My Hoosiers slick blows up like the size of a sugar donut
I call it a gurney flap Dan gurney designed it
Why vent the wheels and tires?
Hi why You not Make more Videos Like that Drag Videos the Are Very Good nice day
Thanks for the info and great job
great contend and information will apply this to me street eliminator ...
Hell I’m still waiting for my undercover wing and Hitman chassis. At this point I’m just callin it a wash on all the money I’ve spent.
Thats badass man i just ordered the pro mod wing & splitter for my 69 Nova can't wait to get them all painted up & installed thanks for sharing happy bashing bud.
👍👍
👍👍👍
Great video man thanks for sharing happy bashing bud.
I wish you could do a mounting video for all the wings you offer. I’m confused on how to mount a fee of them.
I need to mount a fox body one & a Super J. I am guess the blade needs to be cot to length on the Super J. But the fox I’m confused on. The hole aren’t even close to the body. Not sure if I have to cut or bend something
@@mikeburgessrc5360 the fox you have most likely uses the original wing mount. Email me and ill send you a new updated version that mounts directly to the trunk. The Super J must be trim to fit. And it mounts to the rear of the body lip, doesn't mount on top of the body.
@@mikeburgessrc5360 email is Greg.bridgewater@gmail.com
@@Gregorybridgewater ok. I’ll email you tomorrow thank you.
@@Gregorybridgewater ok. I figured the super J mounted on the back & just needed a trim & yes I have the old fox body one. I knew I was missing something lol. I thought that I might have bolted to the original mount but I couldn’t even figure out how to mount that one either.
What size car is that? What vehicle?
Nice clean str8 pass sir
By far the best rc drag wheel and tire video thank you for you time sir
any hobby shop that carries RC aircraft will have these. They are a prop ballencer.
I use a old shoe box under my shell when drilling it stops it from squishing and moving ,and I also use a old piece of shirt leather stops the walking around ,but you definitely know your stuff
What are the purpose of the holes in the tire?
I was wondering the same thing considering the wheels were drilled for vent holes.
It’s most like so when the car squats on the launch the tire will compress easily for a bigger contact patch and better grip
@@ashermorales8276 by doing this you don't have to tape or should you still tape for ballooning
@@oscarmendez7538 if the tires are belted than you shouldn’t have to worry about ballooning. If they’re not belted then tape or 3D printed belts would be helpful
@@ashermorales8276 thanks bro
