@@Lebronthehedgehog great… you asked for help, I gave you the answer, welp if I’m not wrong the release of Android 14.0 & I believe 11 came out in 2020 I believe, so it’s definitely not your device, another factor is this version of the game is still a bit buggy but not to worry it’s still getting updates, but from what I’ve heard from others, this is a common problem with Netflix games unfortunately so whether it will be completely fixed or not only time will tell.
I guess the Plus at the of the title stands for bugs. Because whenever I play this game there’s a weird sound glitch where the soundtrack pops in and out.
Yeah, it’s definitely a bit buggy, some have it worse than others but it’s unfortunate either way.

Well, if you downloaded the game & it popped up the screen where you sign into a Netflix account & you do not have one then sadly, you cannot play the game.
