I really enjoyed and still enjoy this game, while I did not even play really far. I opened like 4 seals in increasing diffucilty and I still feel like coming back to the game from time to time. So the gameplay mechanics are very good in my opinion. What keeps me from coming back and what I really would like to enjoy is some sort of story or even campaign. I honestly think that this very good game could become even better, one of the greatest citybuilders of all time, if somehow an interesting longterm story could be added.

Damn being able to craft custom cornerstones just blew me away! Great job!

Everyone talks about how good the gameplay is but this game has some of the best vibes of anything I've ever played. It's somehow cozy yet ominous at the same time. Wholesome but spooky. The artwork, the creatures, the ever-threatening storm, it's about as immersive as a top-down game can be.

Bloody hell I love this game! It scratches that itch in my brain that very few games do and it does it consistently with every new update 🎉

whenever I see updates you guys are working on, I can always tell this game is worked on by people who love the game they make.

Honestly, the music in this game deserves more regocnition.

On the coastal grove more often generating small glades: Might be due to the shape; if it ends up as a long and thin crescent, the big glade just might be too large to fit in most areas of the map. If the whole map just was a little bigger in general, it could be easier for a big glade to fit in that biome and it would not have a skewed ratio. I consider it part of the uniqueness of the biome to have fewer large glades even on high difficulties though.

The Forsaken Town events are a cool new addition. It’s a fun change-of-pace to try and fix a town and get things working again.

Hey! Thanks for the livestream! I really love Against the Storm <3 I have tons of fun on Coastal Grove, maybe it's my favorite biome to play because I really like the Strider's Post "loot bomb" and the strong green tones. My playstyle in strategy games is always to extract as much valor as I can from everything (IM GREEDY), so I quickly decided to invest on the most expensive expedition every time. Untill I came to the conclusion that not lauching the cheaper expedition is almost always worse because of the increase in duration. It really slows down the growth of your settlement, since you get less blueprints, so your production lines starts later in the game. Also, it's kinda depressing when you max invest into the expedition and end up looting a uncommon treasure, since the rewards for getting a legendary treasure is not thaaaaat much better thus the he gamble aspect is not that dramatic, so everytime I play Coastal Grove, I'm less and less inclined to invest on expensive trips. I don't know if not increasing the time at all is the right choice, but maybe allowing us to also invest fuel and make the trip faster is an idea? I hope you all have a grat holiday season!
