Principals and Standards the Key To Character in Relationships

The big question is who are you! What is your character?
How we live as human beings, and followers of Jesus Christ matters. There are principals and standards that help identify what we are submitted to.
Principal and standard is relevant in todays world and the bible helps us know Gods principals and standards. If you are a parent, you have a standard for your children. If you are a parent, it is important that you teach your child principals that will help shape them into logical thinking human beings.
Sometimes it is difficult looking at the BIG picture. I'm talking about the 10,000 foot view. Many times it's not the "what" topic, but rather the overall principal of a certain circumstance.
In this video I breakdown thoughts of principal and standards from a worldly view and a biblical view.

I think, personally, enforcing child support is the bare minimum for an uninvolved parent. If the other parent is going to be uninvolved in the child's life, then absolutely! If the other parent is highly involved in the child's life then support is already there, and there's no need for the courts in my opinion. What do you think???? Tell us below!

Many people do think like that. I've seen, with discernment, so many married to the wrong person. It breaks my heart to see it. I just want to be healed and delivered before I get married. When listening to you guys talk about the kids and the bedroom arrangements, it made me think about submission as a wife. Do you two think Jeremy was within the right as the head of the family, to make the overall decision about the kids' rooms from the very beginning? I do think Monteya had every right to give input, but it seemed her wishes prevailed overall with Jeremy not quite agreeing. I'm still new to this married life myself, so I'm still learning. Just curious on your thoughts on this, or do you believe God was pleased with the way you guys handled the arrangements when moving the kids in.
Hay!!! 😁😁😁😁 Thank you Crystal for commenting. We had to read it a couple times but, I think I got what you're asking. Definitely a lot of analysis! We both agreed that it was really the only option in this small little house. I think God allows us to steward well over what He's given us and allows us the freedom to make those choices. Input and counsel plays different roles than submission. As the husband, I'll seek Taye's input and then we discuss it. I think there are agreements on many things in marriage, and then there are decisions that the husband has to be accountable for. For example, a Job change, or a negotiating a vehicle purchase, or home purchase... we all have talents and strengths, but ultimately, I have to make the best decision possible when it comes to the progression of the family. Not everything that goes on requires submission to me as the leader of the house. Taye is my helper, she can't help me if I have to be the gatekeeper of every single decision. I'm throwing down random thoughts that's going through my head about this topic.

So true what you guys are speaking on. I just told my husband the other night, that although the Lord told us that we are a match made in Heaven, it did not mean we were gonna have it easy everyday. I then told him that I'm okay with that and I accept it. I believe if you make it through the challenges with God's help, your marriage WILL be blessed all the more in the long run. God must be first and He MUST be relied upon in your marriage each & every day if you're gonna last and see His glory!
Man aint that the truth!!!! We go through so much, but I believe it comes with a bigger revelation of unconditional love that is unexplainable. Like this past year and a half has been war with sprinkles of joy. It seems as if we are entering into a season bigger understanding and trust. And thank Him that He is God and that we are able to have a Father who is very near and able to understand because of our Savior Jesus Christ. Let the spirit in this prayer and Supplication guide the heart into the request that's not amiss❤. I love you sister let not the devil who is anxious come nigh to thy temple where The Father, Son and His spirit dwell. 😊in righteous indignation go boldly To He who is the only God and is within Us. 💐 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 6-7, NKJV). Sidenote it's the devil who is anxious, he is being exposed on levels like never before.

Yea I was a single mom of 3 boys back then had my 3rd son in 1990 I divorced their dad twice just thought it would work but didnt happen then went with my boyfriend for only 3 mtgs my sons wanted me to marry him they picked good we've been married 23 yrs now but it was rough for me to have him tale over the dad role whrn I was both ! Many people are shocked when they find out He wasn't born in December. You'll find a thousand different experts with proof of when He was born, but the only thing that matters is "IT IS FINISHED".
