Audio captured by a front of stage Zoom Q8n-4K Camera using default stereo condenser mic and on addition condenser mic right behind the camera aimed 45 degrees more to the left at the drummer. Wish i had miked some of the amps, but space was limited.
Majority of video captured by a Nikon P1000
2 tracks of audio mixed digitally post production, with mostly saturation, eq, passive eq's, exciters, reverbs and delays, compression and limiting.
Enhanced audio takes the place of original camera room audio.
Filmed in Augusta, Maine, December 11th, 2024 at the University of Maine at Augusta by request of a friend

Metal Bassist and Guitarists Rip Riffs Roughly 2
Very jarring. Ea section does not flow nicely into the next. Hard to groove to. Maybe if I memorized the track it would be okay ish to play. But I’m not tryna do that. I’m tryna find a drum less track to jam and have fun to.
This track was from a contest where the pattern was already created so I had to follow the drumming layout. You might enjoy some of my other crafted drum less tracks located ua-cam.com/play/PLP3Prbl7oryUf8NW1FSW9RadSej1D0HWa.html&si=eqvVso1uXx8BTVAX

yeah baby yeah
Love the first part of this groove-kinda loses me that second half though. Thanks for the track.
Haha yes, it is like a harder bonus section
@@metaltrackmind6851 Ha ha... I hadn't looked at it that way. It is definitely hard-such a change, but it only makes us drummers better to be able to navigate these things. But at any rate. Beautufl music, my friend. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you!!
@@epiphanyvideomarketing7541 absolutely. This track originally didn't have that part, but it technically in the same tempo and timing. You could always see the drum example I made for it, track with my drums in description. It kinda goes fusion/jazzy there, but it's open for invention. Glad to be able to have people out there enjoy and utilize these tracks!
Tenho que mim adotar.ok.
Yeah baby.. awesome dudes..
Love the Bass lines!
What is the process on making that Chuggie-Champy timing signature???😊
The dots on the screen are actually the drum midi, created using superior drummer 3, the time signature never changes, just the rhythm as in triplets/straight. Created in a DAW, the bpm is increased with markers, all the overlaying text data follows in the same program, and record over it
This is really good and fun to play!!!
Thank you, by the time I was done recording for these my top string and pick were worn to shit
Man. I make it to about 120 and I Dying. Oof. Good workoutz
Haha nice, keep tying, that say build upon a foundation
Was this the remnants of the fest that was supposed to happen in Litchfield, NH? And can anyone put me in touch with this band?
No, this was a separate show. The fest ended up getting moved to Lebanon, Maine

Fk yeah ,thrash .metal brothers ,I like wat I'm herin
Thanks, not our first jam, if interested check out my improv playlist
U need to turn up the bass guitar ,it's not even heard
What are you listening on for speakers? I mix bass a differently every time for experimental fun. I usually split tracks, but i mixed the bass in a single track this go and made it intentionally fat and sub-like with a tinge of 250, 750, and 3k Hz. Its highs are muffled, so its not meant to cut the mix hard just subtle with decent sub frequencies. Try headphones or a stereo with good low frequency response. Its also better heard at a middle range volume, as you turn it to mostly loud, its noise ceiling with level out more with most everything else. Thanks for your input!
I can hear the bass great from my iPhone speakers :)
