Mam what are industrial securities and financial securities?
Can you please mail to commerceplus130@gmail.com
In the example which you gave for bear speculator, P does not have any securities but still P makes a contract with Q to sell securities (which he didn't possess in the first place). Is this a legal/valid contact? Also why Q has to buy securities from P for a higher price of ₹100 when the same securities are Available at the market for a much lower price of ₹95. Q can directly buy the securities directly in the market, then why he agrees to buy it from P for a higher price. Please give me clarity mam.
Can you please mail to commerceplus130@gmail.com
Nice explanation mam!
Thank you so much. Wish you all the best 🙏
Mam 'what can be marketed in a market' for this 3 mark question should we compulsorily explain any three headings or can we write 8 to 10 headings only mam?
You must at least write three headings but no problem if you write more than 3

Few doubts.. If RBI Act states that a promissory note cannot be made payable to bearer, then why the definition of promissory note in Negotiable instruments Act contain the phrase 'or to the bearer' ? If negotiable instruments act and RBI act contradicts each other regarding, whether a promissory note can be made payable to the bearer or not, which Act has more relevance? Kindly explain 🙏🏻 thank you!
Negotiable instruments Act 1881 was passed many years before the Reserve Bank of India Act was passed (RBI Act 1934 which was again amended in 1946). That's why Negotiable instruments Act contains this phrase. Whenever a new provision is made in the successive Acts, we follow the new provisions only and no longer follow the old Act. So only RBI Acts provisions regarding promissory note is relevant and applicable
@@boom3 thank you so much!
