Thanks. Have a safe 2025, Basie. I love seeing the line and the countryside, but it's very difficult to know exactly where you are. Perhaps you could mention the names of stations (operating and abandoned) as well as the rivers, if you know them. Perhaps some details of the locos and the operation? Power notch, whether in dynamics, etc? I've travelled that line only twice, in June/July 1974: a long time ago!

Dit is nou 3 uur die nuwejaars middag, ek het baie in my lewe bereik, my grootste verlange is my voetplaat lewe, Kaapnatal taklyn vanaf PMB na Franklin waar ons 120 ton kole met n graaf gegooi he heen en weer rit. 3 dae se swoeg en sweet.😢😢 groot verlange.

Ja en nou geniet ek die rit saam met jou en Steven. Ek het in 67 op die regte spoorweg in Danskraal begin te werk en n toetaal van 18 jaar.Stoom, diesels en elektries i Natal.😂😂❤❤😂😂
