Gotta get myself one of those vintage lenses
@@pasqualray1337 yeah man, I love vintage glass. Not all are good for every situation so it depends on the project. When you need some added character or don’t mind optical flaws going vintage can be magical.
you must have stuck out in japan with a fx6 in public. I praise you for your dedication to the craft.
Thanks, I’m always trying to advance my craft!
Super!!! Handheld or stabilization?
@@kalkydra Thanks! Handheld! Only used some stabilization in post for a couple of shots or so.
🔥🔥🔥
Give me 10 more minutes of this! This is the start of something beautiful.
:) <3
Thank you for sharing. Beautifully shot.
This resonates so much!
Wow this is so good! love the colors
Thank you!
Creatives always connect...Pls tap in
Nice. Great work 😊
@@pasqualray1337 thank you!
It's so wild, its so many "how to" videos in every medium. It kinda takes a way from the appeal and uniqueness of each artist.
I agree!
I think a lot of points are very valid but i think how ne majority of the world looks on art has not changed much but we just see the impact more and more. Before when "pro" artists are needed they where known by word of mouth in the scene but today allot of people just get deals through scocial media and with that u feel the impact of the thoughts that non artist have of your work more. But on a side note i watched a few of your vids today and i really enjoyed them keep it up man
@@Sounds1506 yeah, I also see your points. Social media has definitely changed the landscape of the art world. We do feel the impact of more people’s thoughts on art. Thanks for your perspective and checking out some of my other videos!
good video man keep it up 👍
@@Sounds1506 thank you!
I understand 100%
Lovely take Ben, the advice of having to see how your images look in print is a good one💯
@@kayshot4132 Thank you! 🙏🏿
😂 Army knife 😂 it doesn’t even have a 3.5 mm jack in the body 😂
@@AcastroAX You’re right that’s what it’s missing but it’s still my Swiss Army Knife 😂
If you know something about recording professional audio, definitely you would never use the 3.5mm port
@@antonior.4869 lol! I do and I am not saying that it will be used for main audio but scratch on a gimbal.
@@AcastroAX the camera does have an onboard mic for scratch audio
@@Teks123 ohhh my bad. Thanks to the Sony Gods for giving us a “cinema camera” with a scratch mic. Only things missing is real audio inputs on the body, internal raw, the option to use CPL with internal ND and we might have a good camera. 🗑️
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I also love Kurosawa Dreams ❤
Much appreciated, Benjamin. I needed to hear this ^_^
Great insight bro. Don't stop what u do!!!
Thanks! I'm definitely not giving up!
Good insights.
Glad you think so!
Yo man, I'm glad I'm not the only person who thinks this. I thought maybe I just wasn't in the right circles, but you're right. Everything is really gate kept with the studio systems here. Even still it's quite surprising the amount of low quality Japanese films I see on Amazon prime out here. But I think with the rise of social media in Japan, I think it's a great opportunity to capitalize on a new way of presenting your stories and reaching out to a younger generation of Japanese viewers who are craving more global content. Heck, most of my Japanese friends don't even watch Japanese Tv or movies.
Good point! Social media is a great tool that can help shift the perspective on Japanese cinema. We need more people who are willing to push for higher quality Japanese films.
Benjamin, this is very thought-provoking and insightful. I am glad to hear that you are continuing on your creative journey in Japan.
@@urbanskynetThanks, I’m happy to hear.
Great insights on film industry from foreign perspective. Would love to see and know more!
Thank you!
Finnish film industry is very much the same, exclusive and pretty much closed for the foreigners trying to get in. I can definitely relate and this needs to be changed.
@@SpinMoveBasketballyeah man, we all gotta do our part to push the change we seek.

Excellent content for your resume!

Excellent video ! Im highly considering this camera or possibly the g7
Really cool visuals, all i need is a translated version
Thanks! If you turn on the captions there are English subtitles.
Loved it. Great cinematography , great wardrobe, amazing score. Bel bagay net!
I've been there to Bodie California ghost town and I never seen anything but I knew they were there. Wish I could've capture a spirit, it would be neat.
Absolutely amazing capture. I've been to Bodie... didn't capture anything but definitely felt the entities there and ended up being so emotionally drained from them I got sick and we left early.
Thanks. The energy of the entities there are definitely palpable.
And, no stab on 4k video. What a shame
I am the first,,,yeah
Love it! Great work brother.
The Bruno Brothers Thanks!
