Could this give me a physical transformation
I do want to be clear when I restate that Reiki is not meant to be used as a substitute for the appropriate care from qualified professionals - at all. With that being said: It’s possible for Reiki to be a contributing factor in a physical transformation, depending on your intention and your willingness to see it through. It works with your energy body, which is connected to your physical body; what affects you energetically will affect you physically, too. For example, it won’t magically cause someone to lose a significant amount of weight. But it can help them do so by supporting their desires to build habits that support this (or whatever they may need) while releasing unhelpful habits and other blockages.
