NFT Explained - Are NFTs Really Valuable or Are NFTs Worthless?
You will have heard about NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) and can probably recognize the cool Ape profile pics.
But are they useless digital picture junk? Or do they actually have value?
A non-fungible token, or NFT, is a unique and non-interchangeable unit of data kept on a digital ledger using blockchain technology to create a proof of ownership.
I have worked in Finance for some of the biggest companies in the world. I also run a company exploring the Metaverse. I give my reasons as to why some NFTs can be incredibly valuable and why some can be worth less than toilet paper! So, let's jump into the video.

Hi The Accounting Tutor Can you tell me about when a company decides to close the share capital premium account and access the money so called for distributing to shareholders. I feel Utility Wareehouse is in trouble as making up fake mega bills intimidating eldlery vulnerable customers and earlier this year in February prior to April financials closed down and took the money from the share capital premium reserves. I feel it is theft and deception of the type of Philip Green. Prior to Truth and Fall and probably investing in their own stocks to make it look good. Is this something dodgy and a red flag or is it ok legal and common?
Major question!! Ticker Lu lufax holdings is about to give out a massive dividend, about 60 percent from share premium account in cash, or in scrip, theres a vote. Div was just approved. How are they doing it?????!!!!??
