Hi guys! I'm from France and I began with a 05 VT750 Shadow, and later I used to have a 04 VTX1300 S, and I really regret to sold it out! Had an other 06 VT750 Shadow, but they were damnly powerless compare to the VTX... So I just owned an other one 06 VTX1300R from USA, and it's just perfect!!! The VTX1800 is way to large for me (1m67), and I really prefer the carburetor feeling, even if the clutch is unfortunately linked with a cable. Long life to the VTX, our Xtreme lovely bikes! 🔥🟦⬜🟥

The older Venture had a rigid fairing, air suspension, hot and cool air vents, etc. The newer generation was modeled to compete directly with Harley's Ultra Classic and I'm not a huge fan of that... however it's still powered by a V4 and that's fantastic. I'd rather have the older gen though, and in fact I'm heading to pick up an '84 in a couple of days and I've never been more excited for a motorcycle purchase.

Can anybody help I got a 2013 Honda PCX 150 for 1200 but it has 20k miles on it, is that too many miles, never owned a bike

Have you ever owned the Honda Reflex 250cc? Not the older Helix the newer body style version. Looking at buying the Honda PCX or Reflex. PCX seems more nimble but Reflex is a little more highway capable and bigger (I'm 6'2" 200lbs 34" inseam). Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

I have the vtxv1300 and 1800...I had a Harley dyna wide..sold it...u may think these are almost same bikes, no so, completely different bikes...I find the vtx 1300 will be easier to handle in city..lighter bike in weight..the vtx 1300 is like a toyota,,,the vtx 1800 like a Porsche..they both are excellent bikes that are very reliable...I could not say that with the Harley,..i never understood the reason for not have 6 speeds in those bikes. The vtx 1300 is like the speed of a charger r/t, the vtx 1800c bit faster than charger scat pack

Having owned a 125, I really think the 250-300 is the sweet spot. The 125 will struggle uphill at 35mph which is a ton of what Seattle has for roads.

Do you think those would fit in the 95 Tacoma? What’s the width measurement?

Typical person who has no clue what they’re talking about 😂. Harley’s are just as reliable as Hondas. There’s plenty of high mileage Harley’s out there. I had an 09 Ultra Classic that had 107,000 miles on it when I sold it and was still running great. But then again you can’t really trust someone who thinks it’s a good idea to wear sandals while riding a motorcycle 😂

Man, put some soap and water on that thing! I don’t see how some people can ride a bike that has never seen a water hose.

I think I'd check the bearings and replace the brake pads on assembly.

I got a set of bucket seats from a 2010 X-Runner and installed them in my 2005 regular cab Tacoma, replacing the bench seat. The X-Runner seat mounts aligned perfectly with the bolt receivers in the Tacoma. The driver seat belt wire harness connected with the Tacoma’s harness, however there weren’t any harness in the passenger seat that matched the Tacoma’s passenger side wire harness. Due to this issue, the airbag dash indicator stays on. Since the bench seat was discarded before seeing this video, I now have to find one to take the seat sensor and install it in the X-Runner’s passenger seat. This seems to be the solution to resolve the airbag indicator on my dash.

I've purchased a used 2003, I've had Icebear in my Opinion need to taken off the American marketplace. I've seen videos of a Honda brand called the Click with Wheels. The videos say it's for the disabled, but not sold in US Marketplace.

Wrong. The 1800 VTX was released first on '02, then they came out with the smaller 1300 VTX in '03. Another big difference between the engines is the 1800 is a dual pin crank, which is better for performance. The single pin crank is more like a Harley engine, which is not as good for performance, but sounds a whole lot better. The dual pin crank design is like my 1100 Shadow and sounds like an old john Deere tractor. They really sould like crap with loud exhaust on where the 1300 actually sounds pretty good!
