Apparently after i did some research people use to have problems with beating Time Eater with various builds but i was able to beat him with this build the first time when i encountered him
At the end i didn't have to roll for more cards in the shop....i could saved time and gold(for HP regen) but i forgot it's the last round i thought there were 2 more rounds left..my bad
how does gold for hp reg work? what am I missing?!
@@ElDaumo there is an item card called Deal with the Devil which gives you 4% HP regen based on your gold so the more gold you have the more you heal. there is also an item card called Coin Barrage which when banished increases your gold drop chance by 15% so you end up collecting a lot of gold and therefore healing a lot because your HP regen scales as your gold stash increases. if you don't have those cards in your card collection it means that you didn't unlock them.
@@shipcommanderlol6577 you are right! I always use deal of the devil to merge for golds and never really read the whole thing. now i feel stupid :D
Thanks so much for the last two videos on this! I spent the last couple days grinding torment 4 and couldn't get it and after seeing your setup i beat it and torment 5 in 2 hours. Turbo focusing on dark marker healing was something i had not been doing enough. I got a crazy lucky roll by living shadow triggering the "20% to not be consumed" item on both runs.
this is dope. congrats. What was your starting tower setup and what cards did you prioritize?
i think i use to start with Judgement and Sawblade both unholy dmg but be careful because in torment difficulty 3 and later difficulties, random dmg resistance is applied in every stage so you want to mix dmg types. Your third tower should always be or almost always Dark Marker because you will need heal (you heal from cursed sinners). Priorities in this build should be Projectile Speed and AOE increase because Judgment will benefit a lot from this and Sin Spotter, Dark Pike, Sawblade etc. too. Also pop "Tower Range" increase cards whenever you can because increased range brings you greater dmg output. Active cards are also very useful because they help you to kill extra sinners. In this run i only had one Judgement tower but i think Judgement tower is one of the strongest in the game including Sine Sprayer. And yea you should aggressively upgrade and reroll cards in order to get golden ones you want. Golden cards like "Double Healing" and "Extra Projectile" are super strong too. In the early game as a stage upgrade you should always pick "Extra Tower" because you need more damage in order to fight more powerful sinners or Dark Marker tower for healing.
