@@dredgeops thank you. The camera that was pointing at me was a GoPro 8. Which I do not recommend. It only worked for 9 months and I purchased it new.
Multiple issues out of the box in the first 20 rounds. Gun jammed several times Several misfires Slide stuck and won’t become unstuck Emailed savage and have yet to hear back 4 days later.
@@wesblanford3024 oh man sorry to hear that. Give us an update once you hear back from Savage. Just curious, did you do a full cleaning before using? If not, I suggest trying that. I always clean all new firearms before going to range to knock off any factory lube and gunk. The factory lube is typically very sticky. Also, for your for 100 to 200 rounds, use fast ammo to break it in. It will help greatly. Clean after every 100 rounds until it is broken in. Hope this helps.
@@BackatTheRanchSTX update: The gun store I got it from heard back from savage and they agreed to have it shipped to them for repair/replacement.
@@BackatTheRanchSTX did not do a full cleaning before first use because I have never had to do that for the other dozen or so new guns I’ve purchased. Will consider it in the future. I’m a believer in the product working as it should out of the box. Hopefully they get it fixed properly or replace it and there’s no more issues. Was a fun little rifle for the 40 shots I got off lol

@@robertf6523 I do not recall doing that in this video. I do recall it was a cloudy night and there was no moon at all so it probably would have not picked up anything. That needs a BFS baitcaster reel. I got both spinning reel and spin casting reel. I put ABU Garcia MAX Z size 10 reel for a ugly stick Dock Runner medium power moderate action rod. I'm looking for a good BFS baitcaster reel kastking or something else cheeper line. But is my first combo I grab to go fishing 🎣 from Bass to trout fishing I've got a 21 inch bass on it with no problems with rod or reel. Now my son wants one and he that it was like his ice fetish combo 26" nice but not like ugly Dock Runner medium power 36" combo. The factory reel is great for stockers Trout fish 6" to 14" long the reel can do that job on a 2 lbs fish.

i have the night fox swift 2 "goggles" and the 20x "binocs by some other company. this stuff is so affective yet inexpensive. next i want a smaller unit like what you have so i can stick in a pouch on my chest rig. thats what she said. now that the corn and beans are coming down i plan to get back to coyote watching. back in the spring i was able to spot four coyotes moving on a small herd of deer, that the deer had not yet detected. the deer were maybe 400 yards south of me, and the coyote were maybe 350yards north east of me. the thermal picked both groups easily, and with the 20x bincos i could see them but them were blobs of something moving across the field. i picked up four external IR emitters about like what you have and put a mount together so i could shine them all the same direction from a tripod, but life got in the way then the fields got tall. any day now im going to get back to it. i still say thermal works better, but nv ir still has its uses for sure, all this stuff is freaking awesome
Sounds like you have been having some fun. I agreed, thermal is much more effective at spotting life quickly across a vast field, but both Thermal and IR have a place in my arsenal. When I hunt in this blind I am only watching for hogs in one direction and less than 100 yards out. We are on a small property, so IR gets the job done. But I also have a thermal scope by ATN and it is way better at spotting anything that goes bump in the night. I hope your fields are low enough now to spot the coyotes. Have fun and stay safe.
If you have pliers, you can also squeeze the zip tie to release it.

This is my "car fixed blade" for the console, only $20 if it gets stolen. Can touch up the blade with the sheath. the actual blade is 3" not 3.5" like the package says, so it is legal to still have in my car at the Veteran's Hospital when I have an appointment in case they wanted to be an ass for some reason.

👍 Majority of the repairs I have on Feeders is Mainly the motors overtime it corrodes due to weather climate. How many sides is this Property High Fenced around within neighbor? mainly when I see High fences it’s usually a bigger parcel or Ranch purposely commercialized into exotic Hunting or canned hunting is what I call it. To each their own, it’s not my style or traditional way of Hunting. I Like a Fair Chase and opportunity for Natural Growth! Keep up the Great Content👍 Happy Hunting🤠
@@AJAY214DALLAS this property is oddly shaped, it has 10 sides. At least 5 of the sides are low fenced, the other 5 are high fenced. One of the high fenced properties does have exotics, including zebra. I prefer low fenced myself. Thank you for watching and commenting.

I have a gopro9 and a GoPro12. I know the 9 would heat up on me when using it. But I haven't experienced any overheating with the 12.. I took it camping and used it alot outdoors. And never noticed heating up. I kept having heating and freezing issues on the 9 and an older one I had. And was also getting tired of those issues. But the 12 has been very good so far

You will be very surprised being around near High Fences does not detour Hogs, predators Etc someway they do actually find ways to go between properties digging near fence lines and tearing up fences,I have seen it myself. Newly Subscribed keep up the great content!👍

I've did that twice in my life. The first was at archery practice middle school. The last was about 2yrs ago, right before deer season I was checking to see if I was still on. I wish I'd saved them.

@@chentez1 thank you. Up until two weeks ago I was using GoPro 8 and GoPro 10… but both of those crapped out on me. I am staying away from GoPro now. Customer service is nonexistent and camera durability is 💩. New videos coming soon using new cameras. I have a few more videos that have not posted before I made the switch. As for 🕊️ season, not sure I am going to make it out. We are wrapping up our last 3 weekends at SPI. But who knows, maybe I can get a few birds in. Thanks for watching and commenting.
