Ran collegiate at a track powerhouse and my freshman year coach put me in the thousand. We had two sub 4 milers so couldn't run there and two cross country All Americans so couldn't tun the 3 or the 5. I would go out in 1:55 and was always in last place and never beat anyone. I complained to coach and he keep telling me to do my best,hehe! Never beat a soul the whole indoor season.

Beautifully run race. Usually people are used to running 800 and die at the end, but he had another gear with 200 to go and got another lap at 26.
