Hello UA-cam, I bring you this channel to help with ideas and tips to do many things in life that you can come across, most of it being DIY and project making. I am from the little island of Malta and I always have been and will be fascinated with technology, mostly being electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering. MSFS 2020 Malta HD Mod
This flight is done in VR in a Piper Cub X to explore Malta, Gozo and Comino with a new 3D satellite imagery mod where even the side of cliffs are rendered! A very amazing HD Mod pack but very hefty in size! (20GB of satellite data!!)
Unless you have a beefy gaming setup, you may experience bad lagging or tiling issues because of the large files that have to be read and put into the sim.
If you want to download it, here is the link: Be prepared for long loading times in MSFS2020. (I get about 10 -15mins until MSFS gets into the menu on start, than maybe another 5-10mins loading the flight but for once in a while, it's worth it!)

Gigabyte Aorus Gaming Laptop 11th Gen Core i7 CPU
32 GB DDR4 RAM
NVIDIA RTX3080
Pico 4 VR Headset in wireless setup
Dualshock 4 controller for piloting and mouse for equipment control.
MSFS Settings
PC Graphics: All set to medium except Vector Data set to ULTRA
VR Graphics: A mix between Medium and Low to keep FPS up at a steady 25fps.

1st Duo Flight in MSFS 2020 - Malta

Today, I flew with a good friend SKYHAWKMT over the Maltese Islands using our VR headset HP Reverb G2 and modded AR Glasses Xreal Air v1. It was a fantastic flight from beginning to end! Looking forward to having another flight with him somewhere else and hopefully more flyers will join.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery while landing into Seychelles Intl. Aiport. The VR is done by using Xreal Air Glasses with Phoenix head tracker and Opentrack for 3Dof head tracking.

Enjoy the spectacular views of Mt.Etna - Sicily, the most active volcano in Europe. It is currently erupting but apparently/unfortunately MSFS2020 does not show this kind of live data......yet. Still, it is an amazing experience!

Sorry for the late reply haha. Well, if you know how to get a 3W-8W LED, wire it up and house it in clear epoxy to waterproof it, then yes, it is possible ;)

Were all of your case screws philips? ONE of mine was a T6 anti-tamper torx. ONE. That's just spiteful lol. I've ordered a full set of long anti-tamper torx so I can finally open up the case and work on my forward port thruster.
Sorry for the late reply. I am not sure I saw a Y6 screw whilst opening it coz it's been a while. That's a good idea replacing the screws. Good luck working on the forward por thruster :)

Very informative video! I noticed that one of the screws is different from others. What size of the screw driver did you use?
To be honest I use a "wide enough" philips screwdriver so I don't damage the heads of the screws. If the head of any scew gets damaged, I replace it with a Nickel based screw. Do not use steel.

Ummmm. I understand that you opened it 'cause you wanted... Yet i think opening it i think makes the warranty void instantly... I thikt this is what we can do when rov is after warranty and to sens it for service would be parting your rov for more than a month... I think this is not a standard post use approach...
Thank you for the comment and feedback. I usually work on things that would have gone out of their warranty time ofcourse. The motors seem very prone to rusting and seizing quickly so I had no other choice but to work on it. As long as the main module is not damaged and the connectors are in good condition, then the ROV is operational. Luckily I also have the right knowledge and experience to do work like this.

Sorry, don't know exactly what you are referring to but from what I can understand, you can downoad epsxe for pc , use the right bios file and everything should work stock for you . Hope this helps :)

@SLRTJS Do you get a box error when you try run the cd or iso after the black screen? Disabling DEP helps solve this problem. Try also compatibility mode: XP SP3. make sure you configure the video settings properly. Color depth:32bit Misc: tickk the 2nd,4th,5th nd 6th boxes
i did everything correctly but I dont have pete's opengl driver 1.76. I have 1.77 & all i get is a black screen :[ help?
