Cause he was the one who took the spider from another universe modified it and let it bite miles which then peter died and Peter couldn’t stop the collider when he was supposed to then causing all the other spiders to come causing miles to stop the collider which in turn made spot, well spot. Wait I have a theory! If spot is an anomaly that was never supposed to happen, and spot kills his dad, then his dad is never supposed to die, because spot is never supposed to exist. So him saving his dad would not be a problem because he'd dad dying is not a canon event!

With the last tt: i also think that you can somehow manipulate the cannon events such as in Gwen's case her dad was supposed to die but since he quit being a cop the cannon event changed entirely and thats another hole in Miguels algorithm so i think in the next movie they're gonna try to do what Gwen did and change the police captain from miles dad to someone else

A tip for finding a skin color closest to a character is using a drawing app, take a picture of the gacha club colors and a picture of the character and eyedropping the characters skin tone to each of the gacha colors that might match, and use the color closest!
