Disassembly of the Jennings J-22

I only partially disassembled it. You can also take off the other side of the pistol grip but I didn’t want to do that since my safety is currently messed up. This video was also cut down since the slide did not want to go back into place.
How to properly reload the Jennings J-22

This is a short video showing you how to properly reload the Jennings J-22 pistol.
Just purchased mine the other day. It’s jamming after every shot, any suggestions on what to do?
Did you lubricate it after you bought it, and with a third party lubricant? Usually don't come from the factory with much oil, and the oil they sell with it usually ain't that good. Otherwise I'd make sure the bolt carrier group and receivers are lined up and put in properly.
What buffer tube do you have
Actualy thare is supposed to be a indent where the shell for the brain is and it is not thare on this one so no

Scp??. I thought they're just stories??. But be safe guys
is wendigo scp 323
I own one. It is the second one I own and I have a huge safety tip. Both of mine experienced accidental discharges when loading. Both weapons were pointed in a safe direction so nobody was hurt. These are striker fired pistols, but unlike high end guns like Glocks or sigs, the jennings does NOT have a striker block safety. It is possible when charging the weapon to retract the slide just far enough to strip a round from the magazine, but not actually lock the striker back. When you realease the slide, it will chamber a round, but the striker will continue foreward under momentum and fire that round. To avoid this, pull the slide back fully until you hear and feel a click. That sound is the striker locking back. Only then should you release the slide. And even then have the gun pointed in a safe direction.
My very first firearm was the J22 - blued w/walnut grip. Only malfunctions came from firing too fast and/or using waxy ammo. Any clean ammo fired fine.
Awsome video brotha. I just bought one and I always love how to take what I have apart. Love these videos thanks bud
Glad to help!
I have one of these missing the sliding style safety wont fire or engage the pin dose it need the safety
I think we need to use the RAIL GUN RELOCATION TEAM to get him back in contaminant

NEED TO EAT
Ur f$cked😅
My J22 is jammed - won't fire, and the take-down button won't depress sufficiently to lift the rear of the slide off the frame. Suggestions ?
it's a dangerous piece of crap. please destroy it. They changed their name multiple times due to lawsuits where the guns go off for no reason. Eventually had their license pulled completely, but only after many years, injuries and deaths
That's because the idiots who took them apart to clean, didn't clear the weapon first!
Put it on your head, i dare you
Only if you had a stock on it
