Good luck with it, it doesnt even have and air rifle rated scope on it! I see failure coming. Also you need to take it to a specialist in gun smithing and get that oval hole fixed on the scope rail and have it drilled for a circle hole so you can put a good scope stop rail on it then get a good air rifle rated scope for breaker barrel springer/ gas ram. Other wise youre just pissing in the wind with it! Just my professional thoughts on this.

This model belongs with the Gamo's "3i" Swarm generation. The "i" stands for "igt" (inert gas technology where the piston is driven by a compressed Nitrogen, instead of the traditional, spring- driven piston). If you can find them, go for gen 2 (the previous generation) with pretty much same feeding mechanism but with more "extras" - the trigger made of metal (not like on gen 3i that is made of plastic) and the open sights included (whereas on gen 3i they are not present).

My results are in reverse , I get best accuracy from the crossman hollow point 14.3 gr. I have found I have to keep barrels clean .unlike other airguns that seem to never need cleaning .

Have the same gun! After hours of shooting a dozen different pellets, the Gamo Rocket and the Gamo match classic shot the best. The Rocket with the copper BB is the only one that went through a metal pot.
