What a great secluded location for the Jackson area. Yes the pond can be improved to match the beauty of the rest of the property. It will be a very good pay off to reach a new value.
That incredible view caught my eye. Morning coffee would be incredible with the Tetons reflecting in a self maintaining clear water trout pond here with shorelines rich in indian paintbrush and the rest of the wildflower palette. Is the home on a well for the water supply?

These ponds would only produce mosquitoes if they fluctuate in elevation with the river. While they are not great ponds, they appear to be aerobic enough to keep mosquitoes out if the water does not fluctuate much.

Beautiful home. It's perfect for the kind of people who have ruined Jackson Hole.
The problem isn't to "protect" our natural lands. The ranchers and farmers do a fine job of managing open land. The real challenge is keeping land out of the hands of the Feds, BLM, Forest Service, State, and other government ownership.

Hi Eric, thanks for your comment. Ranch 5 was the first offering from Vogel Hill that was listed with us, which is why it is included in the title. You are correct that this video represents the entirety of Vogel Hill.
According to the "Vogel Hill" web-site, only Ranches 2-4 are remaining, as the others are SOLD. I don't see much road work though, when I look at Google Earth, ... relative to what I see on proposed roads on "Vogel Hill maps".
@@ericmcdowell5762 Apologies for the late reply. The primary roadway, stone retaining walls, turn-arounds and gated entry were completed on Vogel Hill this fall. The Google Earth imagery may not be updated, but 2020 Teton County GIS mapping imagery reflects the infrastructure.
