Why not do this in real life?
Kyle great question. Virtual simulation allows the QB to get thousands of more repetitions without requiring the rest of the team to be on the field and running routes (most leagues or states limit the number of team practices allowed). This means that when the QB does get on the real practice field he has had thousands of additional game-speed reps and is at a higher level of performance and can focus on those things that can only be done in real life. The REPS virtual simulation system has the added value of creating an environment known as deep-practice that has been shown to speed learning and increase performance over traditional ways of training. - Best, REPS
