People don't have a right to privacy when photography and videography material is captured in a public place, the legal side is I'm practising my legal use of photography which is my right 👍. Secondly I understand your comment of danger and stupidity, I'm afraid you're again wrong here as we fly, record and publish things that are lawful and legal. There's no stupidity with our flights,and there's no danger to people, our drones are very smart and our use is legal which cancels out your concerns and opinions. You could say driving cars on roads is stupid and a danger to people, you are not aware of our legal rights and the common legal uses of drones. @@danielcook8380 hi Dan yes mate back up n running. Yes lots has happened concerning the drone shooting. It's been a slow process and there may be an issue with positive i.d. of Mark as there's not a clear picture of him with the rifle, although it's blatantly him. I'm going to uploads some correspondence here on UA-cam to show you all the current standing.

@@MrSlipstreem I don't think anyone mentioned it's an offence, but as you've mentioned it my friend Interfering with a drone flight may also be an offence under Article 240 of the Air Navigation Order in endangering the aircraft (it does not matter that it is unmanned).

@@southernaudits I have a funny storey. I left the RN in 1989 and in 2019 I was working in Coventry and was talking about my time on HMS Achilles. A guy next to me said that he was on the Achilles and it turned out that we were on the same ship at the same time. He had only just started working at the same place so didn't realise I knew him from 30 odd years previous.

Yes it's progressing slowly. Thanks to my Subscribers I gathered a pretty much air tight evidence pack. Police are currently dealing with and I promise to publish the outcome or small results as they happen.
