Hello, I am Saundra, Spiritual Director, Optometrist, and professor. I help people "See More Clearly, Live More Fully" as we explore more deeply what it means to be a spiritual being having a human experience.

After years of wrestling with the patriarchal and authoritarian traditions and doctrine of my faith of origin, I found myself in the spiritual but not religious camp. I strongly believe in a Creator God and feel happiness and fulfillment come from aligning with our highest potential and living in harmony with our Creator Self. My life's mission is to live a life of abundance, beauty, and joy that leads to expanded states of consciousness, first to know God and self and then to be a Wayshower of God and self.
