Yeah I totally agree. The main reason I didn’t use the photo mode for this video like I usually would, is because the difference between floating and walking cameras in both games wouldn’t be very visually appealing. So sticking to walking in both kept it smooth and connected

@@dyinglightcentral Another issue with photo mode is that everything is still, so if you want to capture a cool shot of walking zombies. You need to be far away, which sucks a lot.

I’ve looked through the tracks playlist and I can’t seem to find a name for it. It plays during the start of the game in between quests for the survivors (mainly when finding Lucas’s killer) Edit: if you like, I can record a video without gameplay audio with just the song?

@@AtlasTheCatYTyup, although if we’re not just considering gameplay, the launch of dying light 1 is definitely way better, and I will admit even as a dl1 glazer, the characters were much better in dl2, though, I liked the gameplay focus on zombies rather than just parkour with the occasional zombie thrown in, all around good franchise tho, no reason to put two very good games up against each other

DL1, coming from a 2k player as well, feels like a mantling simulator rather than a parkour game. There were barely any actual parkour skills to run I'd argue, in DL2 there are at least 8 that contribute to how you can move and fight and it's all seamless as hell. So damn good.

@@The_Gamebuster mantle simulator is probably the best description I've heard lol, it's almost painful to go back to regular parkour when you get used to the Kuai dagger and speed boosters

I have a little over 1k on record at the moment. 75% of that is parkour 😅

The gear gives you stats and can be equipped individually using the gear slots. Outfits are totally cosmetic and can be applied over the top of your gear entirely but ‘cannot’ be customised.
