same problem and I'm currently at rank 13...I changed something recently and put other operatives instead of these ranked ones, and when I tried to return them, they were locked... just let them separate the one where it currently stands and put it next to it and that is the point of the whole story as well as the other operatives. I hope that the problem will be solved soon because many people play too much and it is very difficult and annoying and wastes energy especially when you play alone with random players. It happens that ok people come and play as a team, but it's rare, like in any game when you play alone. After all, people like me bought a game that is not cheap and they should respect their customers first and foremost, It's not right at all
