Blossom exists to help girls and young women of African heritage to develop their self-esteem and
independence. We do this through a mixture of individual support and group activity, supplemented by guidance for parents.
This short video shows the challenges our Black girls encounter with most professionals in general but mainly in schools. Challenges include micro-aggressions, being alone, and stereotypes.
