Hi po. Hindi po ako hiningan ng resibo since naconfirm po nila na giveaway lang po yung hydroflask ko from a company. Possible pa din po nila palitan need lang po yung OR number nyo. Punta po kayo sa branch kung san kayo nag purchase ng hydroflask bottle and sabihin niyo lang po kung kelan kayo nag purchase (exact date), makikita po sa system nila sa cashier. Then they can replace the bottle once approved
