Walkaround The Stronghold a Tiny Glade early-medieval inspired build
Переглядів 518Місяць тому
As an early medieval reenactor for many years, I had to recreate this in Tiny Glade. It’s not historically accurate, but it’s my fantasy, cozy version of a medieval palisade-fortified city. I’d love for you to join me on a stroll inside this magical place! :) The stronghold includes a training ground with swords, a Viking-inspired Longhouse (with an interior), a blacksmith’s and carpenter’s wor...

Embark with me on a short walkaround my riversite village, where I’ve spent many hours perfecting the details and filling the space to make it feel alive. Interesting features include a lighthouse, steamboat, fishing boat under maintenance, a couple of cranes and utility buildings, two workshops - carpenter and blacksmith, stable, chicken coop with eggs, basement passage, and many more :) Maybe...

Walkaround the castle on the old ruins - my 3rd attempt at Tiny Glade
Переглядів 1922 місяці тому
This took me much more time, and I utilized more tricks I’ve learned. Again, I wanted to be able to walk around it with a POV camera, but this time I wanted it to look natural as well. In the area around the castle, one can find the black-rock remains of the old walls and towers. I think it adds more life and history to the build - showing that the new was built on the remains of the old :) Int...
Walkaround my Swamp City, my second build ever in Tiny Glade
Переглядів 1952 місяці тому
This is my second glade ever where i was experimenting and played with tools this awesome game provides and learned a lot in the process. Now I would change many things but i still enjoy this walk and hope some of you will too :) From the start I know that i want it to be 'walkable" with the first person point of view camera so i traded availabilty over looks with those giant chunky staircases,...
simple way of building well with water in Tiny Glade

Not the best one i made but shows the idea
this is insane! that amount of dedication you have is phenomenal! i love this so much, i was gasping the whole video!
Wow bro you are crazy, that's amazing!
Mind blown at the patience that this requires
HOLY FUCK YOURE SO CREATIVE. THE DEDICATION... OMG
Genius!
How do I walk?
Go to photo mode and check out the options at the bottom of the screen one of them is a camera with wings or with legs - the legs set you to pov camera :)
oouugh this is so creative ! the books turned out amazing
This is stunning and those books are genius!
Amazing!
Insane level of detail
Amazing.
Thank you for posting this. I watched your video of the library but I didn't quite understand how the books were formed.
this is what this video is for :) you're welcome :)
👍 !! !💙
It's one of the best build I've ever seen (among hundreds of TG)....others maybe build biiig but you added so many small details, like water in the dwell and used every avaliable tips and tricks, it's incredible! I play it too but not on this level...congrats!
That´s insane! wowsa!! Would have loved a slow tour through the build in the end and during nightime. Think that would be a cool way to end it. Looks amazing!!
thx and i'm sure that you would love the fact that such tour already exist - check out my chanel ;)
Omg. I’ve been trying to herd my sheep by terraforming beneath them to make them float
oh yes, the ancient technique of terra-herding used by the eldest of the tribes of mankind ;)
wow mindblowing!
I'm so amazed by this, you're so creative! I have so many questions, I don't know where to start hahaha
thx glad you like it :) Ask if you have any questions ;)
The amount of detailing is just crazy,,, you took it to the next level
this just blew my mind
Off to recreate this in the sims! ❤
oh a cross-game inspiration, love it!
Wow that's some build. That took a lot of time and skill! Nice job!
thx! yeah it was tedious work with those palisades and the walways - i didnt want the POV walking camera to fall into the wooden "floring" so i had to hide the wall untherneeth - but the fance needed to be on the road and wall couldnt (would be too high if the arc would pop up), so i had to be very precise with road and eraser tools.... But i think it was worth it :D
it would be great a copy-paste option in the game
Yeah, but I can imagine that wouldn’t be so easy to implement in the game for a small team of devs. On the other hand, this game isn’t about being fast and efficient; there’s a certain magic in having to do everything step by step, with patience and no shortcuts. In the end, you only do what you want to do in the game, and if you decide to tackle something like this, it brings even more satisfaction once you finish it. If the library could just be copy-pasted, it wouldn’t be half as impressive, don’t you think?
@Thisguyinahat youre right! its true that the magic of the game reside on how decelerates it is<3 i agree with you, have a good day🫂 pd: beautiful job
this build is insane bro
Amazing 😊
i thought i was the one doing complex builds... until i saw this xd
How do you make these wooden fences like this? I can't do it.?
its a standard fance on road, right clicked and cuted just in the right place, so it's not seperating into two poles but is not too thin neighter its a lot of clicking and backing up again but wanted the palisade to look robust :D
ua-cam.com/video/ur6K1lq04aU/v-deo.html I made a short video tutorial for you :)
Can you create a night time tour of this build please
in my walkaraound video of this build there is a part at night: ua-cam.com/video/vHRi2XpEHBk/v-deo.htmlsi=r9xux6Mas4qJG5BH
@@Thisguyinahat Thank you, it's very very pretty and cool
Reminds me of Hogwarts for some reason with all those colorful books, very pretty
i saw someone making the hogwards castle in the game somewere on yt :D
Very nice! How do you make the wooden walls?
I discovered this game yesterday and have watched quite some videos. Always thought that’s someone’s going to come up with a way to build some fancy interiors. And here we are, simply marvellous 👏🏽
Me too!
that's crazy broo the amount of patience and dedication to build the interior 😅
I still wonder how i managed to finish that to be honest xD but after that i made the stronghold with a s-ton of wooden parts and figured i must hate myself or somthing :D
I do not have the creativity nor the patience for this kinda shit but i do really fucking appreciate that you do. This is epic.
thx for appreciating my effort. I relax and take pleasure in buiding those tidious stuff and like to look for "illigal" ideas, but the game is not about that, its not about anything specific at all. So you should do what you want to do and its equally fine :) I love the fact that this game have no goals and achevements and i dont want anybody to feel like they should be doing anything like I do :)
Absolutely fabulous as usual
thx :)
Damn, you've pretty much beat the game at this point. Though I'm sure you'll pull something else out to top it. This is crazy good
You... you made an interior... you did that... an interior... I-I'm speechless
i was not the first one :) check out other builds out there, people are fing awesome <3
@@Thisguyinahat people like you never cease to amaze me. The levels of creativity displayed in this video are palpable, in the very best way. You made an entire interior, for a building, in a game, designed to not have interiors for its buildings. Speechless. 😶 ✨
Tiny Glade, a game that promises easy and relaxed building but people spend hours placing 500 fences by hand to create a wooden boardwalk😅 Once you play a bit you realise how much work everyone is putting into these buildings, even the ones that are not a detailed LotR build. Love every one of them and this is no exception 😊
Yeah, sometimes my ADHD gets the better of me, and I become hyperfixated! XD But it’s relaxing for me-it’s calming and helps quiet my brain. I totally agree that it’s awesome how different ideas, styles, and approaches people have, and how creative they can get with the seemingly simple tools provided by the game.
and i find it super rewarding when i came up with something that feels "illigal" in the game, that i think noone came up before, like the library's book (from my other video) or the tools and weapons i made in this glade.
Impressive! Next level creative. I just got the game 3 days ago. I'm happy to make believable stairs.
i was starting the same way and it was before the straighten wall option so you had to crop every step to tiny pices to make a single step even it was sooo time consuming xD I envy you that you just begin the fun with this awesome game and have so much to explore! All best in your jurney :)
I've literally just found this game but haven't got it yet. But seeing this has made me think it's not worth bothering, as I'd never reach this level of genius!
it absolutely is woth it! The very point of this game is that there is no preassure, no aim, no time limit, no acievements to unlock and goals to persue. I had some time becouse i was sick and tied to bed and made this library, till that bulild i only have time for smaller, simple builds and i still enjoy every minute of this amazing game. You can do whatever - recreate some building from reality or fiction, try to find new ideas for how to use the simple tools provided by the game to make somthing noone have done or simply turn the brain off and just randomly wath your cosy whatever become ever more beautiful with every click. I could write an essey about this :D
This is the first interior build I've seen, and I'm speechless! It's soooo amazing!!!! Your patience and determination are on another level, especially with the bookshelves!
thx! i had some time and it was really calming to build it and now im so glad that many people on yt and tiktok get inspired by it! <3
this raises the bar immensely high
sorry? XD
@@Thisguyinahat the bar of difficulty in creating things in tiny glades is now set very very high: this video shows extreme ability!
This is amazing. Thanks for sharing this with us😊
Very creative, nice skills🍀😃👌
This is an awesome build! I just started playing Tiny Glade and making timelaspe build videos. You're an absolute inspiration, just subbed!
Awesome, thank you! Looking forward to drew inspiration from what you make <3
This is next level amazing!!
the developer should make bookshelves and books as objects. Save a lot of time
On the other hand, I had a lot of fun making things on my own. No matter how many features the developers provide at launch, we’ll always want more. The fact is, the developers are mainly (or only) two people, and they delivered a fully functional, complete game. They continue to work hard to make it better, and I personally prefer to focus on what I have and what I can create with it, rather than looking for 'time-saving' features they might have included. If they waited to implement every suggestion players come up with, the game would still be unreleased-or might never be finished. The 'time-saving' argument is another thing entirely: there are no goals or achievements that force players to do anything they don’t want to do, so what time are we really talking about saving? I wanted to take the time to create my library; the process itself was how I wanted to spend my time, so i dont feel like there was time to be 'saved.
You son of a bleach. You did it.
gustavo you son of a glade ;)
@@Thisguyinahat you spruce of a leaf. ♥
@@gustavoschnurr1907 You sprout of a birch, nice one :D
Epic man! Love all the details ! <3
Tiny Glade would be SO Much better even, if it was 'Open Glade' and you could run into other people's creations! (like in an open world, such as Minecraft)
This is epic!
