LED light burned out in front of my house 2 days ago. Found a 2nd one out around the corner today. Reported both to City Hall. They are supposed to last 10-12 years/50K hours, save $1.5 million anually & reduce carbon emissions. Only about 3 years since installed. Glare is hard on the eyes. Hope the problem Detroit is having with them & lawsuit against manufacturer doesn't become ours. Time will tell.

Electricity is so much less to go the same miles.about 50 cents of electric vs a gallon of gas. A gas car is onlyv20% efficient. An electric is over 80% electric.
