I'm trying to change my diet so that I don't need medications anymore and to try vitamins and minerals and supplements and healthier eating fruit s and vegetables and white only type of meat and plenty of water

I'm Stressed out because I have a fat belly filled with fat inside the stomach now

I turned 21 recently and i don't think I want to do this anymore. i'm really trying to be positive. I want to be normal.

Every day I learn something new about ADHD, but this hit hard

Rather encompassing. Father's side totally ADHD since Harold lost it all at Hastings or perhaps before. Males tend to only live until mid 90's. All avoided pain and early death. I would like that additional 18 years of life. I'm more likely to die at the hands of someone pissed off because I interrupt or, apparently always have another story to add to the last person' story. Never the less, I can understand the risks of impulsivity ... just like this comment :)

And I hope things have got a bit easier. 9 was diagnosed Adhd at 53...i can completely relate to your feelings, my life was an absolute disaster, misdiagnosed as depression,yet every sign was there... Just know that you can pull through, my friend... I know that I have problems, but I know that we can congratulate ourselves for getting this far with the odds stacked against us. I found that retraining in a trade my 30s helped as I could be self employed and work when I choose, I got sick of being fired for lateness/absence/mistakes etc... I hope you find peace though and know that you are not alone ❤

I'm 30 y.o, and honestly I don't really believe I will even live to be 40. Untreated ADHD, as severe as it is in my case, has made me an absolute ticking bomb, of course there is hope for me and things that could happen for me to get better but since I have been trying to have a somewhat remotely functioning executive function in my brain for more than 10 years, with no success at all, and considering I'm all alone in this is what makes me believe I won't survive much longer. I hope I die of natural causes and not of suicide, I don't want to kill myself, but I know I'm like 2 steps away from being in that situation. I hope this condition gets better understood in the future, so no other man has to suffer the miserable life I had to live.

This is a great program. I love my job!
