this is going to be extremely complicated to make considering the largest flying bird weighs only 42lbs and has a wingspan of 10 feet. lets say there is a 150lb guy. that's 3.57 times heavier than the largest flying bird. he would need a wingspan of 35.7ft. the largest thing to ever fly had a wingspan of 36ft so i guess its possible but will be insaneelyyyy difficult to pull that off. dont give up hahah

Wings need to be so light you barely feel them. That is the only way humans will fly like a bird. Also very strong arm muscles.

Remember - you are loved! Jesus loved you and gave his life so that you could be free because of Him! He died for our sins so that we can be reconnected with our Creator God. He wants us all to repent of our sins and receive a new life in Him! A life of strength, faith, and the ability to truly love others as God has loved us. He wants us to follow Him, and let Him be the Lord of our lives. Why is that part important? Because through Christ we will be given the power to overcome sin in our lives today. Christ offers this blessing to all who choose to believe in Him, trust Him and follow Him xx He will never leave you nor forsake you xxx

hello, aerospace engineer here, its better to use a fixed wing with a thin airfoil rather than a flapping one, and u need a lot of initial velocity to take off. so i suggest just using a glider if u really want to experience flying

But forreal along with the hallows bones and light body mass you need massively strong arms to flap wings to float

The design needs forward thrust as well was the other things people have pointed out. So, you will need to be running to take off while the flapping happens.

you know just use your legs to power propeler and it will work better, our arm muscles, especially pecks, aren't made for this, you will run out of energy just trying to lift off

i feel that an articulatable pair of wings that connects to the back of a harness jumpsuit with be able to provide better lift off. Something like the shape of a bat wing bone stucture with a less static material for the canvasing

  • @_OfficalGhost

If you’re around 70kg, the wingspan should be around 6-7m in length. You should be able to fly around 3-4 kg/m²- I would say that the wings themselves would be about halfway between an arm and a leg in weight to account for the feathers, Typically an arm is about 9 percent of bodyweight and a leg 18 percent. So two wings would be about 27% of a normal human's bodyweight. I would love to continue seeing you work on this and eventually making a newer model of the Abbas Ibn Firnas Invention. Keep up the great and growing mindset my man.
