how did you get slow motion in 4k? I thought you can only get 24fps in 4k and only 96fps in 1080p
I would go for a lower mix level of your colour grading, M31 is a bit overused and not so obvious if you use it at just 50 or 60%.. ;) Great video otherwise!

Please Please don't just ignore this questions I really need your help: 1. you obviously shoot 4k bur what about slow motion? is it 1080p 60fps or 96fps ? upscaling to 4k? 2. V-log L yes ? do you thing that this might by me problem, I'm using Sony Studio Platinium 13 to edit and colour grade&correct should I start useing Premiere pro or Davici ? 3. how do you set your camera generally ? iso, SS, WB, picture profile settings etc. 4. any other tips ? Thank you I appreciate any help Dave
WesternHill PROductions use davinci resolve to edit and especially colour grade, you can get a the lite version free and it's the best you can get to colour grade. 400 ISO is native for this camera so will have the best dynamic range. If you shoot a frame rate as high as the max 96fps the bit rate per frame will be a lot less (less information per frame) so the image will deteriorate easier if you colour grade too heavy

Super clean video ! I have the GH4 too and im always wondering what setting to use (4K or 1080/96fps) Can you tell me why did u use 1080p instead of the beautiful 4K of the GH4 ?

Glad you like it! Slomo was shot at 1080p 96 fps, hand held. Just testing and playing around without any serious planning heh
Ok. Im using the same setup. Sometimes the 12-35/f2.8 as well. The sigma lens is great but I would like it to have image stabilisation. Are you doing any stabilisation in post? With glidecam it good though :)
Yea glidecam would be nice.. (Not sure if my poor little credit card will be able to cooperate with santa on this wish xD). I had to use post stabilization to some clips.
Im using a Yelangu s60t with GH4 and sigma 18-35. Works really good and its very affordable :) only $55
Seriously? Is it a good strady for just that price? I knew that below 800 Euro or more there were no valid steady or Gimbal...I have seen results from Ronin M ( outstanding, Rome by bike of Yuri Palma, already mentioned, seems coming from Hollywood), but it cost 1500 $
